GREENWOOD, Judge: Defendant Dennis M. Hodson appeals his conviction for unlawfully distributing or arranging to distribute a controlled substance,
in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(a)(1)(ii) (1990), and for unlawful possession of a controlled substance
with intent to distribute, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(a)(1)(iv) (1990). Defendant claims the trial
court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized in an unreasonable, warrantless body search. We remand for the
entry of additional findings.
