Defendant Tony Alexander pleaded no contest to charges of possession of drugs and preparation of drugs for sale after the court denied his motion to suppress evidence of approximately one kilogram of cocaine seized from his bag at a train station. The court found Alexander guilty. The sole assignment of error in this appeal contests several aspects of the court's ruling on the motion to suppress.
