He was sentenced to death for the murder, and to consecutive life sentences for the remaining convictions. Defendant appeals the convictions, the death penalty, and the denial of post-conviction relief. Jurisdiction is exclusive in this Court. Mo. Const. art. V, § 3. The judgment of the trial court is reversed.
